In the 21st century,with the accelerating process of urbanization,environmental degradation and energy shortages become worldwide social hot spots,which have aroused widespread concern around the world.The whole world is undertaking positive actions,committed to energy and resource conservation and reduction of greenhouse gas.As a large part of the winter energy consumption of northern cities,energy-saving work of heating industry plays an important role.This paper is based on IEEE 1888 standard architecture and achieves to build a complete and unified,secure,reliable,scalable and easily maintainable district heating energy services platform.The time series data collection,storage and analysis of the water consumption,electricity consumption,air consumption,water temperature;return water temperature,water pressure,and backwater pressure in different areas of a city through IEEE 1888.1n the scheme of the platform,integrated multi-protocol adapter of sensor gateway,Hadoop + MySQL data storage hybrid architecture and time series data processing model,effectively eliminating the disunity of data format of regional energy service platform manufacturers which under the jurisdiction and resolving the long-standing issue data information islands.This article designs an independent interface to obtain form data through REST and the main operating system and information pages were designed,finally introduces the actual deployment environment system and tests the part of the platform functions online.This topic is a case of IEEE 1888 standard in the field of heating energy,Successfully applied to the IEEE 1888 standard in the energy saving project and take full advantage of the standard.It provides a basis and transforming thinking for other areas of energy-saving programs to use IEEE 1888 standard.
