With the rapid development of mobile communication networks,the demand for mobile communications planning is also increasing,how to face the current situation of mobile network planning is the main task of current network planning.With the rapid development in the network today,thinking in the Internet has been applied to all walks of life,using data mining methods for network data analysis,the results of the method of potential targets has been widely popular.With a mass of data of the planning of mobile communication networks,the Internet data mining combined with the idea became a possibility.In the current network planning based on data mining,the predecessors have drawn a great deal of experience,but targeted network platform still in a blank field in the market.Demand for this,and the net planning software on the current market situation,this paper through the study of data mining in mobile network planning and a carrier-based planning software platform,designed and implemented a mobile communication network planning mechanisms based on division clustering method of data mining,and applied it in the platform.The mechanism use the clustering method to analysis the data of network planning,receive a effective forecasting of frequency planning and neighborhood planning;in addition,In addition,the system also enables other planning expansion module,so that the platform can easily be planned expansion.The system is based on the following main modules of data mining:data adaptation layer module,frequency planning module,neighborhood planning module and expansion modules.This paper completed the design and implementation of network planning based on data mining system,and validated and tested the system availability and scalability.
