Office Document Object Analysis And Automatic Marking Strategy

With the degree of information-based society constantly improve, the computer application ability's popularization trained and inspects had already become an industry. In the inspection, the tradition manual marking is substituted for the automatic marking gradually. At present the automatic marking system is competent in marking the objective test-question, but not in marking the practice. Therefore, how to utilize some new strategies to reflect really, accurately, objectively the level of the appraised person's knowledge and ability, has become the hot research topic. Automatic markings of Office documents were studied in this paper.The information content of the office documents is huge, and the internal structure of them is complex. Therefore, it is very difficult to mark these practice test-question documents with the ordinary documents correlation method. No matter macro or VBA, operates the office documents, or obtains their attribute information by using one of the Visual Basic's subsets.The depth meticulous research needs to be carried out on several aspect problems in marking automaticly the office documents: From the theory angle, which operations in the office documents are judged, can be marked automatically; From the practice angle, how to withdraw the office documents attributes, used for the judgment in operation accuracy on the examinee's office documents; How to grasp the method of gaining the object properties information, to know its data construction or its data type, to understand the connection with this object and other related object, to understand some special requests of visiting this object, and so on; How to formulate the reasonable standard and strategy used for marking test papers, which can cause the automatic marking system to be more objective.Because each office documents are composed of many objects, these objects and their attribute value have decided the structure and form of the office documents. This article provides a feasible plan which used for the development of the system of automatical marking the Office documents. The method for gaining the object propertie information is proposeded. The method for marking the objects is proposed by analysising the objects in the Office documents. According to the method and the strategy which has been mentioned, a simple on-line test and automatic marking system is designed. In the system design process, it pays great attention system's usability. The experimental result indicated that the automatic marking system runs stablely, and the standard of marking is unification.
