Research On External Object Technology In Microsoft Office

With the popularization of office automation system and computer application, a new demand is proposed on software by clients. For the limit of function, large numbers of time is wasted in second development of office data with other software, when Microsoft Office is used. Because of the reason above, work efficiency is influenced, at the same time, complicacy of work is advanced. Aim at this problem, in this paper, a new method is proposed: namely, based on Microsoft Office flat, by external object technology, function expand of Microsoft Office can be achieved. Consequently, efficiency of office automation is improved.In this paper, research actuality of office external object technology is analyzed, simultaneity, appliance actuality of office external in office automation is analyzed. Account function of higher mathematics and visualization function of three-dimensional graphics are achieved, by the method proposed, in this paper. The data are stored in database, by internet technology and database technology. Finally, according to actual demand, a kind of social science declares system is imploded. This system based on client/severs frame, documents of Microsoft word is used to client-side, in Microsoft word, message interface of Windows is used, and transcription of data is stored in MySQL database of Linux system. The main research content and production are involved is as follows:1.
