Waste gas produced in the process of coke oven caused great pollution to the environment. In response to the call of "the wisdom environment",and to reduce the environmental impact of coke oven production, extend the service life of coke oven, improve the quality of coking, the research will put forward ways to reduce environmental pollution, and design a new type of coke oven device for internal environment intelligent diagnosis and management based on internal and external environment of coke oven perception and analysis respectively.In terms of the external environment perception, CO and NOx of two main pollutants are selected to analyze the control parameters. And by using PSO algorithm to optimize RBF neural network set up the relationship between coke oven control parameters and CO and NOx respectively, through the model prediction output then analysis quantitatively of main factors influencing the CO and NOx emission. According to the results of the experiment, proposed method respectively of controlling the emission of CO and NOx, to create conditions for reducing environmental pollution.In terms of internal environment perception, firstly is perception to coke oven chamber wall temperature. It made theoretical analysis based on the furnace wall temperature measurement method of CCD camera, then corrected the error caused by heterogeneity and measuring distance,the results were good. Secondly,it introduced the method of the chamber wall diagnosis by CCD based on the research achievements of predecessor[46]. According to the principle of laser cutting,two-dimensional images of furnace wall project captured by CCD and tracking laser line to perceive concave and convex extent of chamber wall.Because of the serious of the coke oven aging and damage, artificial repair cannot guarantee the precise. And people cannot stay a long time in which has a high temperature. Then it designed a device for internal environment intelligent diagnosis and management. The design was divided into two main parts: one was the structure design of the intelligent device. The key was heat insulation sleeve of diagnosis and observation system and the accurate positioning of the mechanical arm. Another was system design of measurement and control. The importance was diagnostic method, diagnostic unit, data processing and transmission system, governance approach,governance unit, etc. Simulated test results show that the furnace wall intelligent diagnosis and governance device had better diagnosis and repair ability..
