| Information technology has become a major trend of social progress which promotes economic growth and social development as an important data resource.In the wave of information technology,enterprise equipment information management carries the important task of enterprise management and resources,and It is more and more necessary to use computer for information management.Traditional equipment management system has been difficult to meet the requirements of management of equipment information,which will directly affect the company’s operations and earnings.Therefore,the construction of equipment management information system can be combined organically based on information,computer and network technology as the foundation and the function of equipment and services may reflect the maximum profile.Now the scale of enterprise equipment are constantly expanding,the new form of enterprise information resources demand for equipment has also become increasingly demanding.Especially after entering the era of information network,the traditional equipment information system can not meet the new requirements on the timeliness,accuracy in the process of equipment management.Aluminum industry is a pillar industry of the national economy,most of China’s aluminum enterprises are operated by the state.The national aluminum company recently announced the aluminum system reform program,which put the aluminum enterprises to market competition in the environment.The pattern of reorganization of aluminum is conducive to the reallocation and efficient use of resources.The wave of China’s aluminum industry reform has swept through the aluminum manufacturing industry.In order to cope with the more severe adjustment,enterprises must adjust their own pattern and strategic policy.This thesis designs and develops the information management system of Hualu aluminium equipment combined with the actual development of the equipment management information system in the new period.This system embarks from the content and characteristics of Hualu aluminum management and realizes the automation management of Hualu aluminum business using statistical functions with a good reference for the equipment management.The C/S and B/S structure of management information system have been compared.This thesis uses the B/S framework as an important part of Hualu aluminum equipment management system.It takes JSP dynamic web page design techniques in the front-end design using the MVC model structure which has low amount of system maintenance and operation cost.It has friendly interface and it is easy to operate and maintain.This thesis realizes system common information management,equipment information management,equipment maintenance management,spare parts warehouse management,statistical analysis management and system management and other functional modules.Finally,this thesis uses the method of black box testing to test the whole system in order to ensure the stability and reliability of the system.This thesis designs the information management system of Huayu aluminum equipment,which has been applied in the enterprise.The system solves the problem of information management of Huayu aluminum equipment and improves the utilization rate of equipment.The business personnel can realize the aprocurement,maintenance and use of equipment information through online management,and the user feedback is better. |
