A car is made up of thousands of parts. In order to make the customer find parts to repair more easily, there must be a company to provide the corresponding automobile spare parts. Only reserving and supplying spare parts scientifically, we can make the task of vehicle repair economical and ensure the quality and under schedule. In the traditional manual management conditions, due to the complex report from the excessive number of spare parts, it is often difficult to analyze the management in overall situation. Therefore, the supplier is very difficult to make a promise to supply goods on time. Besides, traditional report can not reflect the demand of current market very well. If spare parts reserve too much, it will cause overstock. In this case, it will not only increase the area of the warehouse and cost of storage, but also impact the enterprise to turnover bankroll and increase the cost of production. However, if spare parts don't reserve enough, it will affect timely supply of spare parts and delay the schedule of car repair, which makes the customer dissatisfied, and cause the enterprise reputation and economic benefits suffer a great loss. According to below, it is necessary to develop an auto spare parts management with a modern computer technology, which can not only make the enterprise reserve reasonable to ensure auto parts supply, but also accelerate the capital turnover to play the effectiveness of funds utilization.This system is based on the Swing technology and MySQL database, using Java language to achieve, which need to develop the program of the user operation frame, design and maintain the background parts database. There are 6 function modules in this system, they are system management module, basic information management module, purchase management module, sales management module, stock management module and query statistics management module. The interface of system design is beautiful and generous. System's operation is convenient and flexible, and it provides multi conditional query and fuzzy query function.
