The importance of enterprise is self-evident to the whole community.The enterpriseprovides a lot of jobs and also a variety of products for the whole society.Continuousand stable supply of electricity is the foundation of the protect the competitiveness forenterprises.Therefore, for related businesses, power equipment spare parts managementare very important.Because the spare parts of the electrical equipment is an important factor to ensurecontinued production, while its management also affect the liquidity situation.Themanagement of spare parts is not only related to the continuity of the normal productionbut also related to the rapid, efficient overhaul.Therefore a lot of researchers concern tothe topic of how to manager spare parts better.This article introduces the basic principles of the ABC classification and learningautomata and how to apply these methods to the spare parts management system.Thisarticle considers the relevant attributes of spare parts and provide warningmechanismsto achieve more scientific and rational management of spare parts.System use case diagramand business process diagrams, and other tools to make outline design and detaileddesign,and the divided the whole system by the function.Design system database by the analysis of the demand of spare parts management,Struts and Hibernate frameworks support the MVC pattern and object-relationalmapping, so developers only need to focus on the business itself, at the same time thesystem is more reliable and scalablefinal.The completion of system implementation inaccordance with the software development process.
