The Fast development of the society and economy currently speeds up the production pace in the semiconductor industry. Thus, the requirement of the equipment in the semiconductor assembly and test factories raise as well. Also, the maintenance quality of the tools and spare parts deeply impact the manufacturing productivity and cost. And current purely time based simple maintenance and repair mode has been unable to meet the requirements of the high volume manufacturing. To solve the problems stated above, this paper develops a robust spare parts management as well as high preventive maintenance management system with high feasibility. And the Purpose of system is to analyze the issues of the tools through spares management, and then preventively solve all of them in the maintenance, and finally reduce the factory production cost. The developed spare parts system well track, categorize the key information for important spares on the equipment, And it really help the engineers to define the best preventive maintenance method after details analyze what system collected. And the system is proved to be effective and feasible in the high volume manufacturing and really hit the requirements on the spares part management. Thus, the paper is applicable with high value.The application target of this paper is automation in semiconductor furniture. The paper studies on the equipment and spare parts management as well as its preventive maintenance management system based on the.NET Framework, SOA service system, SQL database and other advanced technologies,. The main work is as follows:Firstly, this paper studies the feasibility and demand of the system. And then briefly analyze on the feasibility of the management system that mainly focus on requirements of the system. The system requirements analyze mainly focus on the needs of users, system functional requirements, and non-functional requirements. When analyzing the needs of the system users, the paper analyze the business process in details base on the business process management of spare parts in the assembly and testing factory. And then work out the business process diagram of the system. Besides, when paper analyzing the system functional requirements, it divides the system into four management modules that study the system functional requirements from four aspects. Furthermore, when analyzing the system non-functional requirements, the paper mainly focus on the system performance and system security.Secondly, this paper studies the systematic design process of the spare parts management system. The system has been designed base on the functional structure in details. It mainly includes database design and function module design. When designing the database portion, the paper mainly describes the outline of the system database design and database logic design. When designing the function module, the system is divided into five functional modules. The five modules are Spares Classification Module, Spares module operation and maintenance records, System Settings module, Spare parts information search module, and Auxiliary function module. And there could have function overlap between these five modules.Lastly, this paper studies the realization of the functional modules and the realization of the high preventive maintenance method. Also, the paper does the systematic test. Based on the code design flow of each module, this paper completes the realization of each module functions. And give out the function interface of each module. When completing the system, engineers analyze according to the data recording by this system, and work out the preventive maintenance program for the spare parts. In the system testing part, the paper mainly does the module test of this system. And analyze the test results of the system. The results show that the function of each module in the system is relatively completed, and can meet the needs of users. And the actual operation and maintenance indicates that the system can realize the preventive maintenance management.
