Life Insurance Document management system is the management information system designed and developed by the Insurance company according to the regulatory authority,the insurance company business and internal control requirement.Life insurance documents management system as an independent management information system,it can exist independently of other systems,and also can be used as a subsystem,provide strong support for the insurance company.With the insurance business entered the high-speed development stage,the insurance software becomes more and more important in the development of insurance companies.The existing systems of life-insurance companies present an inability to easily support business development and thus plan to build a new document system.After a long period of discussion of requirements and rigorous requirements review,this user's requirements were written as a basis for developing the new system.This system is the core business subsystem of life,which is an important part of the core business system,and is a key subsystem for the successful operation of the new core.The Life Insurance document management system is designed&developed on the basis of Struts MVC mode and runs on the core business platform.,especially the interface with other subsystems and the real-time exchange of data satisfies the business requirements.Fist,the text introduces the Life insurance document management system development background,made the in-depth analysis for the exsisting problems combined with the system status,and proposed an effective solution and construction range.The existing main problems are: documents from chaos to extend the use of the new process,in the face of the business of the company gradually expanded,has been unable to the normal use of the rapid and efficient management of documents,so have to plan reasonable documents issuing process,reform the existing system.Secondly,according to the present has formed the system of business needs,based on the requirement of the actual business process and clues,demand for life insurance document management system for functional decomposition and modeling,from the overall frame of system,overall process started,for each function module functions and data modeling,in order to ensure the integrity of the function and feasibility,preliminary requirements modeling done a lot of careful preparation.The system is divided according to business requirements,Contains the document information configuration,document reservation,document inventory management,Document collection,Document inquiry,five big functional modules.Again,the combination of UML diagrams of the system function modules in detail analysis and design,has carried on the concrete to the function of the system involved in the detailed design,business logic analysis,data storage,combine with the idea of object-oriented technology and MVC development mode,system development and implementation;At last,after completion of the system design and implementation,the function and performance test,provide the system successful launch effective basis,guarantee the success of the final system online.I hold the post of the requirement in this project,participated the preliminary investigation of the business demanding,well knowing the problems of the exsist system's facing with and need to be solved.According to these problems to propose the reasonable business progress and optimized program,fully support and answer all kinds of the requirement questions involved in the whole project software lifecycle.
