Social insurance audit business relationship between the safety of the social insurance fund,the relationship between the immediate interests of every family,is a major livelihood issues.In order to implement the deepening of social insurance system of internal audit,and actively carry out the work,strengthen risk prevention awareness,sound system,management in place,an important post monitoring illegal operation,so that the safety of the social insurance fund has been strengthened,the social insurance fund board set up full-time internal control audit Department audit inspection,responsible for social insurance handling routine business agency business guidance,management and supervision and inspection of the work of self-examination center business management center,responsible for internal control work.At the same time,the social insurance agencies at all levels to carry out the guidance of internal control audit,supervise and inspect the internal control and agency of the work and management of the insurance business at all levels of society.This paper analyzes the current social insurance audit of the social background and the development condition,using Windows Server 2008 as the server operating system,using Java technology and Oracle database design and development using B/S architecture based on UniEAP core platform version three of the social insurance audit documents management system.This paper introduces the original design,system using technology,business logic,function structure.The database design,the system use the table and the relationships between the tables is described in detail introduced.UI design,expounds the design idea and principle of the system each interface function.The realization of the system,described in detail the function of each module interface,core function realization mode and operation results.The system test,designed respectively according to the different test cases and test results of record.The system constructed the audit document management system,the functions of the system include:can be targeted to create each link documents management plans,notification and reporting;by level approval form for examination and approval work of auditing business in the development of document;a chart showing all aspects of document management.Export view.
