The Design And Implementation Of Insurance Services Management Of Sunshine Insurance Company

Direct research method has been taken to analyze the insurance business requirements in detail, and the design and implementation of insurance services management in Sunshine Insurance Company is designed to solve the insurance business. We have achieved our goal after reasonable planning.This thesis has designed the system function module in detail and the use case with standard modeling language according to the practical technological process in software engineering development. This thesis focuses the research on modules such as contract administration module, customer management module, and system maintenance module. Among those modules, the contract management module includes insurance policy management and data management; customer management module include customer management and marketing management; claims settlement module includes case report management, prospecting management, settlement management and closure management; the system maintenance module includes the user management, parameter management and authority management. During the design process of the system, main characteristic of the procedure is described in detail. The insurance business management system is based on the JAVA development technology and J2EE technical framework is applied; advanced MVC module as well as the integrated application of Java Bean and Servlet technology are also introduced in the design and development process of the procedure. This system can be used in open connector to integrate the information effectively in order to serve the convenient message communication among the users. This is good for the high level cohesion and low coupling of the platform and there are three levels in the logic structure which are presentation tier, business tier and logical layer respectively. Oracle database of Oracle Company is applied in insurance business management system and this system is equipped with data export and back-up function. Oracle database is taking lead in database management field, which has guaranteed the safety of system data.Currently, the insurance business of Sunshine Insurance Company has passed the system test and has been used. It has reduced the management cost of a company through the effective dispose of the customer information.
