Research On Analysis And Design Of Training Management Information System For Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group Corporation

In this paper,Shenhua Ningxia coal group training management as the research object,through field research,survey research,current situation of training management in the process of training needs analysis,training plan,training management,training evaluation and other aspects and the existing problems were analyzed,that the design and development of training management information system is imperative.Then from the angle of systematic analysis of the training management system of Shenhua Ningxia coal enterprise needs analysis,combined with the current training system,training management information system includes personnel information management,training demand management,training project management,training evaluation and tracking management and learning platform of a total of 5 functional modules,and set up a subsidiary the corresponding function module based on each function module,and a detailed description of the characteristics of each function module and the specific function module.Finally,combining with the system in Shenhua Ningxia coal operation,through a combination of methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the scientific evaluation system,and expect to be able to achieve with the analysis of the whole process of training data in intelligence management system upgrade.
