Military Training Design And Realization Of The Integrated Management Information Platform

Network and information technology is changing the way we work and our lifestylein21st century. Information technology has become the theme of the militaryconstruction and training. Three Base reflects this requirement of the times and pointsout the direction of the military construction. In order to ensure effective training underconditions of information, we must pay close attention to information warfare andtraining management platform, to build the associated integrated security command andcontrol, the former associated reconnaissance, the parallel firepower and field airdefense early warning, logistics comprehensive security, command and control platform.At the same time actively expand the training of teaching information database andmanagement information system construction to promote the training of managementinformation.Integrated management of the troop training is an important work in the relatedwork troop training. Efficient, practical, robust integrated training management play animport role in the realization of the normal operation of the training system, ensuringnormal training task, promoting the training level to enhance. Meanwhile, militarytraining management is one of the earliest departments to carry out the informationconstruction.Since launching of the information construction, troop trainingmanagement departments at all levels have established a variety of informationmanagement applicationsto meet the growing information management needs.This paper designed to achieve the integrated management information platformbased on network information technology. This platform integrated teaching of trooptraining, management of troop training, examination of troop training and so onfunctions. This paper presents the system changes many of the shortcoming of existingsystems, including do not support the network model, use of incompatibleheterogeneous systems, complicated to use and inconvenient to manage. And open B/Sstructure and common back-end database interface can be easily to add or extend newfeatures in this platform. In this paper, we fist study the status of the troop training management and conducteda comprehensive analysis for the troop management information technology systemarchitecture, features, and related development technologies, then completed the systemdesign for the troop training integrated management information platform system,which can be unified, efficient and compatible. We also give the description of solutionsof the key issues need to be addressed in this system. In addition, we also describe thecomprehensive functional test for all of subsystems of the integrated managementinformation platform, and lists the corresponding test results. Finally we summarizedthe work of this paper and also points out the future prospect.
