Design And Implementation Of File Scanning And Management System Based On Hybrid Architecture

Archives refers to the people in the various social activities directly formed in all forms of preservation of the original record,which directly records the important information in human life and has important social value.Traditional archives management is not only time-consuming,laborious,but also easy to cause record errors.This way the management of archives have great difficulty,and has been unable to meet the current social development requirements.Therefore,How to manage the file efficiently is an urgent problem to be solved in the current archives management.With the advent of the Internet era and the extensive application of computer technology,the use of computer technology to develop a highly efficient digital file management system,is conducive to improving the economic efficiency of enterprises and office efficiency,enhance the overall strength of enterprises.Combining the advantages of the C / S and B / S modes of operation,this paper presents a new scheme of file scanning and management system based on C/S and B/S hybrid architecture,which is based on the current development status and customer needs,through a comprehensive analysis of needs,data analysis and operational analysis.Choose Visual Studio and Eclips development platform,SQL Server as system database,and use Java language developed the file management Web platform based on Tomcat services and SSH framework.The system operation flow is given by analyzing the system business process,and further realized the system design,coding and debugging of each function module.Through the analysis of the system data flow,the data entity,relation and attribute design are given,and the design of the system database and related tables are given by using the E-R model.Based on the system architecture,the use of existing development technology,to achieve the system login,file scanning,image recognition,image upload,file storage and file management and other related functions,.and realized the integration management of digital files and entity files.The application of the file scanning and management system based on the hybrid architecture not only improves the processing speed of the archives,but also reduces the error rate of the file processing,which greatly facilitates the management of the archives and significantly improves the file management level of the enterprises.
