The Study On Rural Teachers' Report And Image Construction Based On China Education Newspaper

Only by attaching importance to education can the country be strong, only by attaching importance to teacher can education be widespread. China is a large agricultural country with the rural population accounted for up to 50.32%. Rural is the key to promote the construction of new countryside and to build a well off society in an all round way. The healthy development of rural areas cannot be separated from the balanced and high quality development of rural education. While the promotion of the quality and speed of rural education is mainly depends on China's 3,000,000 rural teachers. For a long time, the media has played an important role in the rural teachers'attention, image building and construction.China Education Newspaper is the national industry news sponsored by the C hinese Ministry of Education. It was born in March 3, 1983 with its names inscri bed by Deng Xiaoping, and first published in July 7th of the same year by four Edition, every Thursday. At the starting of the publication, the circulation of this newspaper was more than 200,000. Subsequently, it developed into the right track gradually, and formally became the national daily, published every day in the Ne w Year's Day of 1993 .Now,adheringtothedirectional guidance ,professional services,China Education Daily has become the most authoritative and influential newspape r in our country. Therefore, this study selected the China Education Newspaper as the research object, focusing on its report on rural teachers and image building,which has a certain practical significance.After the reform and opening up, 1983-2016 is an important period to improve China's rural teacher policy and rural education report. During this time, China Education Daily reported the rural teachers groups, which worth exploring how is the media image was presented or constructed in different historical periods. Based on this, I received 477 target papers of China Education Newspaper between July 7 and December 31, 2016; used the theories of agenda setting, mimicry environment, stereotype and so on,adopted content analysis and case analysis; performed quantitative analysis of the number of reports, the position of the report, the source of information, the theme of expression and genre type of this samples. Founding that the newspaper reported the issue of rural teachers from the objective reality of rural education in china, followed the rules of education news propaganda, reported the group in many perspectives and directions and represented the basic situation of the domestic education mainstream media on the issue of rural teachers and image construction.Currently, there are still some problems in the report and image construction of rural education teachers in China Education Newspaper, such as imbalance in the proportion of different reports, stylized seriously in the content and form of the report,thick propaganda color, lacking innovation and planning in related issues and the sanctification of shaping the character.This study examines and reflects on how to further improve the construction of rural teachers' reports and images in the future of China Education Newspaper, and put forward the following suggestions to enhance the awareness of the audience, set up scientific reporting issues, guide public opinion correctly; to enhance innovation consciousness, innovate the pattern of editing, improve the innovation and planning of rural teachers report; to enhance the responsibility of the media,we'd better perform Structural reform of supply-front ownership and tell good stories of the village teacher.To strengthen the humanistic concern ofthe report and the typical report should respect human nature, return to professional attributes, etc. And then, to shape the media image of rural teachers much comprehensively, completely and truly.
