In today's China, the ubiquitous mass media has been extended to reach every corner of the truck, resulting in "media literacy" becomes the academic education of the media and popular high frequency words. However, the current domestic research on media literacy showing a "Western Center" and "City Center" two tendencies, ethnic media literacy research in the academic world is very weak, focus on minority media literacy of teachers in rural areas is in the initial stage. I believe that media literacy teachers in minority areas of rural research is an emerging field of journalism and communication and issues of concern, and its greatest significance lies in rural areas for national promotion of media literacy of teachers, thus improving the overall quality for farmers, and the whole economic and social development in rural areas to provide a possible way. This study uses content analysis and questionnaire survey, the first media literacy of minority teachers in rural areas of a defined meaning, and then through the Turpan region of Tuokexun survey of school teachers in rural areas, the use of valid data on the National Rural Teachers The detailed analysis of the current situation of media literacy. Survey, the current national media literacy teachers in rural areas the problems are:lack of basic knowledge of media, media capacity to be increased media awareness of the problem highlighted. In view of this, the author from the authority level, academic level, business level, the social group level, school level, teacher level, the six put forward the corresponding coping strategies to rural teachers in minority areas can raise the level of media literacy modest contribution of force.
