Survey On Rural Library Service System Based On Internet Plus Thinking

Today, the rapid development of network technology, our life has undergone tremendous changes, with great improvement. The popularization and application of information, digital technology and internet is changing the readers' demand and reading habits, which puts forward higher requirements for the public cultural services, not only to provide reading materials, but also to strengthen service providers, service efficiency,personalized recommendation, and let every citizen enjoy equal and open library services.This is also one of the core ideas of the construction of public library. China is a large country based on agriculture, with more than half of the country's nearly 1.4 billion people in the country. In order to realize the core concept of contemporary public library construction, to ensure the rural residents can enjoy enough social and cultural resources to use right, the research on the service system of rural library under the internet thinking is particularly important. In the era of "internet plus", rural libraries also need to adapt to the era of mobile internet, improve their service system to better provide public cultural services and library resources protection for the rural residents.Based on the related concepts of internet plus, rural library and library service system, this paper adopts the literature survey, empirical analysis and comparative analysis, expounds the research on the service system of rural library under the background of "internet plus". This paper mainly includes the following parts, the first,the background and related functions, comprehensive analysis of the composition of rural libraries in China, and the specific methods of research, the second part is some concepts,theory and internet plus, rural library service system The third part: based on the current problems of rural library collection structure,this paper puts forward a new configuration of rural library collection resources based on internet plus, which is the first innovation of this paper; The fourth part: based on "internet plus" thinking, this chapter discusses the service mode, service content and service guarantee of rural library; The fifth part:combined with the background of the current internet era, the rural library service team puts forward new requirements, and puts forward specific training and evaluation mechanism, and studies three mechanisms of ensuring the stable operation of rural library service system, namely system guarantee, fund guarantee and service team.
