Study And Thinking On Rural Library Of Xuanzhou District

Since 2007,our country has achieved good results by vigorously promoting the construction and development of "rural library" project in nearly 10 years.But some problems still exist.For example,actual operation management does not reach the designated position.And development of library holdings is unreasonable.Project funding is not sufficient and the influence of the rural library is not heavy enough.Utilization rate is not high.Whatever,how to play the best effect of the rural library,how to practical train farmers reading interest,how to make the reading gene rooted in the rural society,and how to contribute to promote the "national reading" in reality that the key point in the process of rural library development.For better understanding the construction and operation of the rural library,this paper goes into details of some rural libraries in Xuanzhou District,Xuancheng of Anhui Province by literature review,field visits,questionnaires and so on a variety of ways.So we need to analyse the causes and the problems in the running process and propose corresponding solutions for striving to improve the influence and utilization of these rural libraries.In this paper,study on rural library of Xuanzhou district contains a total of six parts.In the first part,it describes the background,the purpose and the meaning.It also analyzes the research at home and abroad and at the same time points out the research methods and innovations.In the second part,it describes the related theories and policies of the construction of rural library,which explain emphatically the theory"knowledge gap" and the national cultural strategies and the content of Library Five Laws.The third part is a brief overview of the development of the rural library.The fourth part is the investigation on the current situation of the rural library in Xuanzhou District.Through the on-site visits to ten villages(community),such as the Shuiyang community,the Yanchi community,and the village of Fangqiao village and a total of 250questionnaires,we based on the investigation data,conducting a comprehensive in-depth analysis and pointing out the highlight in the process of construction and operation of rural library in Xuanzhou District.The fifth part is the existing problems and analysis of rural library.Based on field investigation data in the fourth part,we conduct a comprehensive in-depth analysis,pointing out the disadvantages and analyzing the reason in the process of construction and operation of rural library in Xuanzhou District.For example,the utilization of the library is low;the source channel of new books is single;the consciousness of active service is weak.It is important for us to analysis.Part 6 is based on the research results of Xuanzhou District rural library,putting forward the thinking for the sustainable development of rural library,that is to say,we need to pay more attention for the aged and children.And the rural library needs to speed up their own digital construction,strengthen the cooperation with universities,use the resources of universities and accelerate function transformation of rural library.In the seventh part,it requires us to base on the present situation of rural,targeted for the left-behind elderly,left-behind children and the home business personnel to provide services,in order to promote the local rural cultural construction,which makes"advocating civil reading,build a scholarly society" play a role in the process of implement.
