With the development of embedded technology in the field of industry,more and more problems need to be solved,such as the long period of development,the pressure of the developer.The middleware is researched and designed for small industrial equipment field.The results show that the material impact testing machine has a good effect.The driver and the system call are wrapped to component,proxy mechanism were generated in the application layer,which formed the basic framework of middleware.The whole middleware is composed of 4 functional modules,and the data storage module provides a unified interface to interact with Sqlite embedded database.Application management module is used to manage the startup,termination and scheduling of each application.The device control module plays the role of command parsing.The data processing module is divided into two sub modules:data acquisition and data fusion.The fusion matrix fusion algorithm is integrated into the middleware to remove invalid data and improve the accuracy and reliability of the experimental data.The paper also designs two tables based on the whole,They are laid on the operating system and the device driver.The middleware is based on the hardware platform of CE9200 development board,using embedded Linux system and Qt integrated development environment.Designed ApplicationManage,Control Middleware,Data Fusion,DataPicker,Data Save these 5 C++ class.Through the continuous expansion of these categories,we can improve the design of the middleware for the field of industrial control.
