The key to the development of electric forklift products is the development and integration of its internal electrical system(including batteries,DC/DC converters,motor drives,etc.),these electrical subsystems constitute a complex heterogeneous network,so a number of electronic control systems have been formed to meet these control demands.The traditional forklift controller development process does not form a system concept,or a platform model,and lacks the ability to solve the practical application problems during the development of electronic control system from the point of engineering implementation,resulting in the upcoming problems to restart the designation and programming,and to adapt to the original system when the demands change,so the development efficiency is highly limited.This paper designs the platform of forklift electric control system from the perspective of configuration,so that the developers just need to design the necessary simulation modules in MATLAB/Simulink to generate the runnable code through the platform,without caring about the programming details,thus the difficulty of realizing the requirements is greatly reduced and the development efficiency is increased.Following is my study on the development platform of forklift electronic control system:Firstly,the functions of forklift electronic control system are introduced.According to the different needs in application,the forklift control system needs to adapt to different control demands,such as in the forklift start-up stage,the speed of the forklift motor should get fast in smoothly low-speed mode,and the brake stage,the motor speed should slow down in different curve according to the action of the brake pedal.Secondly,it emphatically describes the operating platform with TI F28069 m Chip as its core,which integrated field-oriented control and motion control modules library,developers only need to call out the module they need to achieve accurate low-speed control and position control,without having to do their own design from beginning to the end,which highly accelerate the development progress.After that,this paper introduces the electronic control system development platform based on configuration,and the design details about the concrete implementation,which enables the platform with configuration function.The developers only need to design the specific modules in Matlab/Simulink,then they can obtain the runnable code through this platform,which can be directly downloaded to the development board,and this is more convenient for developers in the development than the traditional one.In the end,the experiment is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the platform and the correctness of the motion control modules.
