Underwater acoustic communication test platform is an apparatus for underwater information exchange.The flexibility and real-time of underwater communication apparatus are enhanced by it,which has an important role in the development of marine resources and marine military.In this paper,the program demonstration about underwater acoustic communication test platform transmitter,receiver and digital signal processing board is conducted,and the corresponding hardware design and debugging are completed by taking the Binary Phase Shift Keying(BPSK)modem algorithm as background.In this paper,the transmitter of the underwater acoustic communication test platform,which is based on Delta-Sigma modulation algorithm,is designed and realized.In the transmitter design process,firstly,Class D power amplifier circuit is used,in order to solve heat dissipation and other issues when the platform works under water.The driving circuit,MOS tube protection circuit,transformer design and calculation of the storage capacitor and other issues are focused on.And the selection rules of key components are discussed.After underwater acoustic channel,signal would be attenuated and noise would be mixed in.The receiver is composed of the controllable gain amplifier,band-pass filter circuit and voltage follower,to amplify and filter the received signal.The low noise receiving circuit is ultimately designed after the analysis about noise sources and op amp circuit.The AD8336 is selected as programmable gain chip.The MFB bandpass filter circuit form is determined.And the voltage follower is designed at the final stage to improve the load capacity.FPGA+DSP are used as the core control device in the digital signal processing board.After the UPP communication circuit,AD acquisition circuit,DA digital-analog conversion circuit and network interface circuit are designed and make,the corresponding interface control logic writing and debugging work are also completed.After the design of underwater acoustic communication test platform was accomplished,the lab test about transmitter and receiver was carried out.The result shows the expected requirement was achieved.
