Underwater telecommunication nodes are important assistant equipment, which can share wireless information between one node and the other beneath water surface. This technology can not only reduce cost and pressure of underwater cable's production but also improve flexibility of underwater equipment. Based on high-speed time mirror algorithm, this paper designs and makes a suit of underwater telecommunication hardware platform, and implement the Delta-Sigma algorithm.Underwater telecommunication nodes always work in closed rooms under water. As a result, the stability and effectiveness have a strong influence on the accuracy of signals for other coordinated nodes. Actually what should be considered most is the conversion efficiency from battery energy to signal power. High conversion efficiency can not only be in favor of the level improvement of transmitted signal source,but also help the release of inner heat and enhance nodes' stability. This paper designs and implements underwater radio transmitters based on Delta-Sigma modulation. In addition,this paper introduces the selection method of key components and the design rules of circuit pattern.As the final step of analog modulation, receivers suffer from underwater channel path loss and strong interference, while they have to supply as high signal to interference and noise ratio (SINR) as possible. Above all, receivers' quality can affect the stability of wireless communication directly. This paper finishes the design and implementation of one kind of receivers, which are based on adjustable cascade amplifier and active filter.Digital signal processing platform is the brain of the entire underwater acoustic communication nodes, both Delta-Sigma provides the source for the transmitter, but also for processing the received signal, calculates the sequence of information solutions. In this paper,I adopt the basic FPGA + DSP signal processing architecture, completed the interconnection of FPGA and DSP module, AD acquisition circuit, DAC circuits, and network interface circuit schematic design and the corresponding PCB production.In the design of underwater acoustic communication nodes after the completion of the thesis and its performance lab tests done, pool testing and field testing Songhua Lake, verified by testing the stability of rationality and hardware circuit design of underwater acoustic communication nodes, reaching intended purpose.
