With the constant exploitation of land resources by mankind and the increasing population,people gradually turn their eyes to the vast oceans.The oceans are not only rich in material resources,but also important venues for military battles in various countries.At present,the underwater communication technology mainly uses sound wave to transmit the energy of the signal.Due to the complex and changing marine environment,the signal transmission is vulnerable to temperature,season,depth and other aspects,it is especially important to realize reliable underwater long-distance communication.The future of underwater acoustic communication technology will be an important research hotspot.According to the requirements of the circuit design and the relevant theory and experience,this paper analyzes the transmitter and the receiver for the scheme analysis and circuit design.Through the design analysis of PWM drive circuit,the transmitter adopts IR2010 chip design to achieve a reliable and stable PWM drive circuit.In order to improve the energy conversion efficiency while meeting the low power consumption,low distortion circuit requirements,power amplifier circuit designed with a single-supply class-D amplifier.Considering the problems of heat dissipation,circuit protection,and so on,the design of heat dissipation circuit and protection circuit is added.The underwater environment is complicated and changeable,the impedance of underwater acoustic transducer changes constantly with the change of the frequency.In order to minimize reflections while ensuring signal integrity and reliability,this paper uses ADS design software and real-frequency matching method to match the underwater acoustic transducers for broadband matching.This method requires almost no formula derivation and calculation,only need to give S parameter file and then set the appropriate parameters can be an actual circuit,with greater practical value.Considering the interference of external signals,a band-pass filter circuit is added at the end of the transmitter to filter out interference signals.In order to reduce the input noise of the receiver,this paper uses a low-noise operational amplifier OPA228 to complete the design of the pre-fixed gain amplifier circuit in the receiver circuit,and then uses a VCA810 chip combined with peripheral circuits to achieve 0-7 stall variable gain circuit design.Then using Filter Pro software to complete the design of the active band-pass filter,and through the PSPICE software simulation of its circuit to verify the band-pass filter has good frequency selectivity.According to the schematic diagram to conduct physical production and overall adjustment.The data of the transmitted power,receiver gain,input noise,circuit power consumption and other indicators are tested to achieve the desired target and meet the design requirements.Finally,it summarizes the research results of the article,points out the areas to be improved in circuit design,and Combine with the actual situation,give the next working arrangement.
