Coal distribution in the north of our country is more than south,the inferior coal reserves are relative large,and large main users more concentrated in the east and the south of our country,imported high quality coal is restricted by many factors such as international coal prices and freight;Used coal by some coal enterprises designed is different from that of the actual coal,needed to purchase over a long distance.It leads to coal enterprises cannot guarantee the coal supply.Coal enterprises in order to ensure coal supply,improve the economic benefit and reducing emissions of pollutants,They need to develop mixed coal blending technology,need a set of mixed coal blending management system to manage production business related to mixed coal blending.In this paper,the design of mixed coal management system,uses the more popular SSH network architecture design.In addition to the basic fuel information operation,the fuel equipment managers use either the form of a list or the form of SVG flow chart to display the messages of the equipment,and adopt JFreeChart technology to read database data for visualization deposit of coal.Established two mixed coal blending mathematical model that the optimal cost and sulphur emission at least,According to mathematical model design blending management solution,and comparing the latest stock of coal quantity,according to the coal yard storage information to decide whether to need to recalculate.This system visually shows the equipment information and storage of coal and can make the plant fuel procurement staff timely and accurate grasp of equipment and coal inventory information,timely purchasing power plant coal required.In terms of mixed coal blending,it changes the past in artificial calculation,blending proportion of blended coal way.Not only it reduces the labor intensity of the operators,and improves the working efficiency,but also operating staff can according to the load of power generation and storage of coal,timely and accurately adjustment of burning coal.In the choice of coal blending,the operator can choose the optimal cost of coal blending program to maximize the benefits,and can also choose the least amount of sulfide emissions program to the maximize reduction of pollutant emissions,making contribute to the protection of the environment.After the system was changed and improved constantly,the system realizes the function of each part better.General test system can run normally.The running and testing result of the system proves that the system is running well and achieves the function and purpose expected.
