In our country's electric power enterprises,above 70%of the entire cost was the fuel cost.Therefore,how to reduce the fuel cost and blend coal reasonably was the main way to raise the economic efficiency.The present application situation and the existing questions of the electric power enterprises' coal blending plan system were analyzed,and the existing coal blending model was improved using linear programming thought.Then,an reasonable mathematical model was built adding EJB component and proposed a development thought for fuel coal blending plan system based on component's multi-layer structure. Finally,a coal blending system was implemented which could instruct the coal purchase and the furnace coal's combustion.This coal blending system had great point for reducing the coal cost and the enviroment pollution under the premise that it could guarantee the power plant's safe steady operation.
