Our country as a big coal country, the problem of environmental pollution is increasingly serious, power coal blending as an effective means to solve the problem, has been widely concerned about the study.The so-called power coal blending is the existence of a variety of differences in mixed coal mixed with coal to achieve coal quality complements each other to improve the utilization of coal.The rational use of coal demand and the increasing cost of the power plant has become increasingly prominent, the design of power coal blending decision support system to achieve decision-making visualization, through optimization algorithms to solve cost problems, reasonable coal blending, become an important way.The design of power coal mining decision support system is divided into three parts, database,and model library and session component.Database using Sq1 Server2008 software to complete,according to the power plant coal flow and demand, design the relevant data table ER diagram and data dictionary, and automatic generation of field formulas to define?The association update is programmed in C# language.Model library using matlab2014 software to complete the model's goal is divided into two kinds of economic and environmental protection. Constraints is divided into two types of linear and non-linear, in total four models, optimization algorithm, optional exhaustive method and genetic algorithm. The non-linear model is studied by BP neural network,and the optimization algorithm is simulated and analyzed.Session components using Visual Studio 2010 software, divided into information management and coal blending. Information management enables querying, adding, editing, and deleting. Coal blending is carried out by calling the model.Background language for the C# language, front language for the Html language and JavaScript language. This system uses the Table control layout, embedded Iframe framework to achieve part of the page jump, set the width and height as a percentage to solve the problem of adaptive resolution. The communication between the session component and the database and the modellibrary is implemented. Display debugging results.In this paper, the design of the power coal mining decision support system, can effectively manage the coal-fired data, and through the visual interface operation, to achieve coal blending, to provide support for decision-makers .Economic model is more cost-oriented, environmental protection model is more focused on energy-saving emission reduction. For nonlinear and nonlinear models, the nonlinear model is more accurate, but the embedded optimization algorithm takes a long time and the decision makers choose according to the current needs.This system improves the economic efficiency of the power plant, saves the cost, and reduces the power plant discharge, protects the environment and improves the social benefit.
