Research On Coal Blending Control System Of BX STEEL Coking Plant

On the background of coal blending process of BX Steel Coking Plant, this text introduces the research and designs the method of the coal blending control system. First based on the production technology process, it analyzes the problems needed to be solved in coking process and control functions needed to be realized, builds up a set of expert control system that has advanced Performance, runs reliably, operates flexibly, extends easily and maintains conveniently, achieves management automation of coal field and matching optimization of blended coal of Coking Plant.For adapting coking technology, it combines production technology points of BX Steel Coking Plant, divides the structure system of coking expert system into two levels. The first level subsystem is the basic automation part, it’s hardware structure adopts PLC control system as foundation, uses fuzzy control strategy to control giving coal quantity, and inputs the spot technological data into the system database through ways of automatically collection and manual input, which is made as the basic data of the second level system and called by the second level system. The second level subsystem is the optimization control part. This part mainly takes industrial computer as hardware structure, sorts spot data that collected by the first level subsystem through Ethernet way, screens out representative data, uses these data to predict or optimize control calculation, carries out operations such as coke quality Prediction, matching optimization and coke oven optimized control, shows produced results to operation personnel and related manager through a man-machine interface used by making decision. Other control data deliver to the first level subsystem through communication networks like Ethernet, and guide basic automation of real-time operation.The system carries out a coal field automation management and improves the automation management level of coal storage workshop, achieves coke quality prediction, optimized calculating proportion of blending coal, guides actual production through optimized calculation results.
