There are plenty of enterprises consuming too much energy because of confused management of energy,energy inefficiency and low ability of energy monitoring and information analyzing.These enterprises are under great pressure for both national policies and market demand are focusing on energy efficiency and environmental protection.With the energy supply being tighter and more expensive,it turns out to be particularly important to manage energy in a scientific and effective way.For solving this problem,we design a system of energy management for high energy consuming enterprises based on Internet of things,with technologies in such fields as Internet of Things,Meta Date.software,database and Product etc.The system aims to collect,analyze and process the energy data.Primarily,there is a universal acquisition module using the networking comprehensive perception,reliable transmission and the intelligent processing combined with metadata technology,in order to precisely collect the energy data in real time.Then the general monitoring and analysis platform would monitor the data in real time and analyze it in multiple dimensions,according to the need from the enterprise.And the productization of the service would response more quickly to the change of the enterprise's demand.Then we introduce the diagnosis model of general equipment efficiency,and verify its generality and extensibility by applying it to a three-phase-asynchronous motor.Finally,the system would predict the load,electricity,energy consumption with a widely used statistical analysis algorithm and a neural network algorithm prediction model,combined with Java.Through industrial application and effect analysis: the system is stable with accurate data transmission,and it can effectively prevent cheating which may be more common in manual meter reading.It improves the management of energy and helps enterprises utilize the energy more efficiently,by monitoring in real time,analyzing in multiple dimensions and managing comprehensively.The system could also predict the energy consumption trend by analyzing.It could not only provide data support for enterprises during the progress of improving energy consumption,but also optimize the energy balance and energy conservation,and finally improves the efficiency of management,reduces management costs and gains benefits for enterprises.
