| Energy system is studied with methods of system engineering in this paper on the base of energy conditions of the whole country of China and Jiangsu Province. Chaos dynamitic models are put forward: Haavelmo increasing model for energy production and Logistic model for energy consumption. Energy production quantity and energy consumption quantity of China are forecasted as well as energy consumption of Jiangsu province by these nonlinear chaos dynamitic models. Corresponding Countermeasures of the energy continuable development of China and Jiangsu province are suggested by analyzing the forecasting results and the problems exist in energy system of China and Jiangsu province such as the balance between energy production and consumption quantity, the structure of energy production, and the structure of energy consumption etc.. Especially aim at the new situation of energy in our country after China joined WTO, we bring up the counterplan on how energy economy to adapt to the economic globalization. |
