With the development of industry,environmental problems have become increasingly prominent,the state has developed a series of laws and regulations to limit industrial dust emissions in flue gas concentration.Common dust precipitation methods include the water film dust precipitation,bag dust precipitation and electrostatic precipitation.Electrostatic precipitation has widely used in thermal power plants with high efficiency,low pressure loss,high temperature and other characteristics.The power performance of electrostatic precipitator device is essential.The principle of electrostatic precipitator determines that a reliable power supply during the process of corona discharge,gas ionization and dust mobile is indispensable.With the development of power electronic devices and related technologies,switching power electrostatic precipitator became a new direction of development.In order to solve those problems,the main contents of this thesis are as follows:Firstly,the thesis reviews the literatures of domestic and foreign,analyzes and master the main characteristics of electrostatic precipitator,summarizes the research hotspots and research trends.Analyzes the basic principle and working process of electrostatic precipitation technology,then expounds the main steps of electrostatic precipitation,discusses several kinds of electrostatic precipitation power supply,separately analyzed each power supply working principle and structure,and lay the foundation of electrostatic precipitation of switch power supply.Secondly,the design of main circuit of electrostatic precipitator.The main circuit design uses the high frequency and high voltage switch power supply technology.Compared the advantages and disadvantages of the full-bridge,half-bridge and push-pull circuits,then designed DC-DC converter,buffer circuit,high-frequency transformer.Finally,the design of the switching power supply control circuit.Using DSP(Digital Signal Processing,digital signal processor)as the core,in order to achieve high-precision control effect.Including the overall control circuit design,hardware circuit design,programming design.Hardware circuit includes DSP chip circuit,sampling circuit,drive circuit,protection circuit and detection circuit.The upper computer and the lower computer program are designed,the host computer communicates with the DSP through the serial port to obtain the real-time working parameters.The DSP chip of the lower computer is mainly initialized to realize the normal operation of each program,so that the DSP can quickly coordinate the configuration of each working module.Complete the simulation of the program function verification and circuit simulation.In this thesis,a high-voltage high-frequency electrostatic precipitator power supply switching system structure is designed,use DSP as the core,completed the switching power supply circuit and controller programming design,and the switching power supply function simulation.The test results show that the developed switching power supply has high reliability and good performance to meet the engineering requirements.
