The conversion efficiency and reliability of switching power supply have become more and more high,with the continuous development of power electronic devices and switching power supply technology.The switching DC power supply is more and more widely applied,as its digital control system much more mature.To meet the industrial needs of small-size and intelligence,the research and development of switching DC power supply tend to be modular and digital.This thesis introduces a design scheme to switching DC power supply with high power and high voltage.The hardware design of the power supply is completed,based on modular design.The design on high frequency and high power transformer is also optimized,by using Ansoft and Ansys Maxwell simulation softwares.the digital control system of the power supply,based on DSP processor,is realized.The main works of the thesis are as follows:1.The design scheme of 10 KV / 3A DC switching power supply was analyzed,and the circuit system design of switching power supply is completed.The selection basis of the main components and hardware circuits were analyzed in detail.Its operation principles and characteristics were also described.2.The design difficulties of high frequency and high powertransformer of switching power supply were detailed.Its equivalent circuit,magnetic core material,parameters and power loss calculation were analyzed theoretically.On the base of simulation softwares,the simulation process of the transformer design was established.The simulation process was first to build a 3D transformer model by Ansoft components.Then the 3D Ansoft simulationin of magnetic analys was also implemented.At last,the 3D thermal analysis of the transformer was realized,coupling with the above Ansoft magnetic analysis.Through the above process,the optimization design of the transformer was completed.3.The the circuits and softwares of feedback control loop was designed and realized.The control loop was based on TMS320F2809 DSP controller.The temperature protection was based on the distributed control modes and the incremental PI algorithm of the phase-shifted full-bridge is implemented.The debugging process of control system is designed based on the actual control modules.
