As the assistant of human beings,robot is a tool and means for human beings to understand and transform the world.With the increasing demand of robot,the robot takes an increasing proportion in human social life and work.Meanwhile,the recognition of human beings on robots is getting higher and higher.This change is a process from quantitative to qualitative,step by step,but also tremendous.The birth of any new things will have an impact on the original order and law,especially in the ethical aspects.As robot assimilating into human life,it caused a strong impact between man and machine,man and society,man and man.Due to the different cultural and religious,people have different views on robot ethical.From a global perspective,we can put forward some suggestions from the aspects of technology,law and philosophy.As the forefront of science and technology,robot is the reflection of human rights.The usage and development of robot technology must be based on servicing majority of human beings,and can cooperate with human beings to producing and living.The designer of robot must conform to technical ethics and moreover,it can promote the development of human ethics.In the final analysis,it is not a single individual between people and people,man and society,man and nature.They are a unified whole and there are certain rights and obligations between each other.From another point of view,the level of robot ethics reflects the level of human ethics.Therefore,it is necessary to establish and perfect the system of human ethics.The development of the robot can not be separated from the integration of the ethical system.Only when ethical system integrated into the development of the robot can it truly meet the needs of human.This is not only a make up for the loopholes in the development of the robot,but also a maintenance of human ethical system.Moreover,without ethical system,the development of robots can not simply promoted by technology.The principle of "harmony" runs through the behavior of the robot all the time,so as to avoid the conflict between the robot and the human being.
