Nowadays, with the increasing marketization of media, the competition among media is becoming increasingly fierce. The principles of truth, comprehensiveness, objectivity and impartiality,on which journalism depends, have been severely challenged. At present,China's media industry is more developed than ever, but at the same time,China's news ethics misconduct is on the rise. The problems of news ethics such as "paid news" and "untrue news" have brought great damage to the image of news media organizations and news disseminators. As a direct producer of news, journalists will be influenced by various social factors in their work, which will have positive or negative effects on news reports. Each journalist considers different factors in the real situation, even if different journalists react differently to similar situations. The core of this research is the ethical decision-making process of journalists, that is,the decisions and choices journalists make when they encounter ethical conflicts. This paper adopts the method of in-depth interview and literature research to deconstruct the ethical decision-making process of journalists from the micro level.Based on the five-level circle model of li si,the individual factors of journalists occupy the first level in the center, and the second level is the factor of media organization. These two factors are the important internal and external factors that affect the ethical decision-making of journalists. The author focuses on the analysis of the challenges brought by the two levels of media organization factors and individual factors of journalists to the ethical decision-making of journalists. In the research process, the author observed how journalists responded to ethical conflicts in specific news production scenarios through the feedback of reporters' detailed front-line editing experience.By restoring the decision-making process of journalists, this paper discusses the factors of media organization, individual factors of journalists and the specific influencing factors,as well as how various specific factors affect the ethical decision-making process of journalists, resulting in the loss of ethics of journalists. The author USES detailed description and analysis of the whole reporting process when journalists encounter ethical conflicts in order to restore the behavior ofjournalists in the decision-making process in a real and comprehensive way.In the first chapter, this paper explains the background and significance of the research and sorts out the existing domestic and foreign research results in this field, and then puts forward the main contents and methods of the research.Chapter two summarizes the typical ethical conflicts encountered by journalists and analyzes their characteristics. The third chapter discusses the multi-attribute of media organization, the setting factors of media organization structure, the management factors of news source self-audit,the management factors of news line distribution and how the quality control factors of news products affect the ethical decision-making process of journalists. The fourth chapter discusses how the three roles of "propagandist","supervisor" and "profiteer" and the position and ability of journalists affect the ethical decision-making of journalists. Finally, from the perspective of journalists' news production practice, this paper puts forward anomie expansion path thinking on how to avoid journalists' ethical misconduct from the two aspects of media organizations and individual journalists.
