A Study On News Reversal In The New Media Environment

The development of journalism has been a long time,and the role to the development of the world don't need to repeat.In China,the journalism has played a significant role,especially in the publicity and education role is particularly prominent.At present,with the rapid development of new media,the integration of traditional media and new media makes news information in a major change in the field of production and communication.At the same time,online media information becomes increasingly massive,cumbersome and even flooded,like the "flood beast" into the influx of people.In this context,the community appeared a new news phenomenon,A high degree of concern about the hot events,with the media coverage and the gradual development of events,Finally,through a variety of ways to confirm the truth of the incident with the original media related reports vary widely,and some even upside down,and finally evolved into the unexpected situation,This is what we know the "news reversal".The provision of information to the public has always been the vocation of the mass media,Journalists as the link between the information and the audience in the whole process of communication,its role is more prominent.However,in recent years,especially since 2013 to the end of 2016,China's news reversal phenomenon is very frequent,"mighty" to enter the public's vision again and again,and the trend of flooding."News reversal" is essentially a news misrepresentation,however,the media has always regards the authenticity as the body of life,so the proliferation of this phenomenon is not only a strong threat to the credibility of the media,but also caused great damage to society,as a key link in the dissemination of information,Journalists should bear the main responsibility against negative damage to this phenomenon,because journalists played a vital role in this process of communication.In this paper,the research methods mainly include case analysis,text analysis,discourse analysis and so on,and then combined with mass communication theory,journalism professionalism theory,"silent spiral" and other theories to analysis the "news reversal" phenomenon in detail,thus pointing out the causes,characteristics,hazards of the "news reversal",and put forward some reasonable suggestions,and analysis how to present the discourse of Reporter's professionalism in the "news reversal" report.This chapter is divided into six parts,the first chapter is the introduction;the second chapter is the basic understanding of the phenomenon of "news reversal";the third chapter introduces the causes and basic characteristics;the fourth chapter "news reversal" Chapter reporter's professionalism in the "news reversal" in the discourse;Chapter VI to provide countermeasures.
