The Design And Implementation Of Hidden Danger Investigation And Treatment System For Safety Production

With the rapid development of the national economy, the number of production business units is increasing rapidly and the process of safety production management is also becoming more and more serious. In the last few years, the problems of gas leakage,dangerous chemical explosion, building collapse accident are increasing, which seriously affect the quality of life and happiness, but also directly affect the economic growth of the region. How to carry out effective management of the safety production is one of the problems to be solved.Based on the full investigation of the production units in Quanzhou, the author relies on the existing equipment, data and subsystem of the existing government agencies. Then we comply with the software engineering theory and methods to builds a new safety production hidden danger investigation and management system. In this paper, we can divide the safety production hidden danger investigation and management system from the perspective of functional business, which can be divided into six functional modules: self-report management, majorhiddendanger management, hidden danger lifecycle management, safety standard management, inspection record management, and the annual inspection plan.According to the software engineering idea, the main contents of the system are analyzed, including system construction goal analysis, feasibility analysis, functional requirements analysis, non-functional requirements analysis, architecture design,module analysis, database analysis, functional module implementation, system test and other parts of the content. In addition, this paper makes a thorough investigation on the safety production management so as to sort out the needs and business processes of the business.This paper designs and realizes the safety production hidden danger investigation and management system, which has the following characteristics:(1) carried out a comprehensive analysis and research for safety production and summed up the maincharacteristics of the industry and the solution;(2) for the safety of the production of hidden dangers for the general potential and major hidden dangers for the treatment,and to achieve the two phase of the whole life cycle of hidden danger management;(3) to achieve the role of different government departments, and the work of each government departments to achieve different functional modules to achieve coordination and cooperation between different government agencies.Since the application of the safety production hidden danger investigation and management system, the safety production of the Guangzhou area has achieved many thousands of ordinary hidden dangers and potential problems. In addition, because of the management mode of production management from manual management to the system management mode, the work efficiency of the government agencies can be effectively improved and the work of the safety production units is reduced.
