Design And Implementation Of Closed-loop Management System For Hidden Trouble Detection Based On.NET

With the development of economy and society,the product manufacturing speed of every production and operation unit is developing rapidly.The hidden danger in the production process affects the property safety and even life safety of the employees.Hidden dangers are the direct causes of accidents.Using information technology to manage the hidden dangers in the production process of enterprises has significant economic benefits for the development of enterprises,and has important practical significance for social stability.This paper combs out the closed-loop management process of hidden danger investigation in an enterprise by means of literature research,comparative analysis and system engineering.The key process of hidden danger investigation is hidden danger investigation,hidden danger rectification,hidden danger rectification acceptance and hidden danger elimination.In order to facilitate the actual operation of the operator,the hidden danger will be eliminated automatically after the acceptance of the hidden danger rectification being qualified.According to the organization of enterprise safety hidden danger management,hidden danger investigation includes group hidden danger investigation,sub-unit hidden danger investigation and company hidden danger investigation.Because some hidden dangers cannot be solved at some levels,we use layers of reporting methods to deal with them.If the company level hidden trouble investigators are not sure,they will be discussed through meetings.According to the closed-loop management business process planning of hidden danger detection,the system functions mainly include four modules:user basic data management module,hidden danger knowledge base management module,hidden danger detection closed-loop management module and hidden danger statistical analysis module.Basic data management is divided into user rights management,department management,user registration and other functions.Hidden danger knowledge base management can be divided into hidden professional management,hidden danger information base and management of measures and so on.Hidden trouble investigation closed loop management includes hidden trouble investigation,hidden danger rectification and hidden danger check and accept.Hidden trouble statistical analysis includes hidden danger state,obvious query,hidden danger check and management report.This system uses computer information technology,.NET platform,using B/S mode,MVC 4.0 framework,and the classic three-tier architecture for design and development.The system uses EasyUI to build the foreground framework,uses MSSQL SERVER 2014 as the data persistence layer to store data,and finally deploy and publishes on IIS 7.0.The system can run on any platform under the Winodws system and support any Web platform.
