Design And Implementation Of Bank Performance Assessment System Based On JavaEE

Performance assessment comes from Europe,it is proposed for improving the efficiency of civil servants in that period.The British government developed that institution.This institution active the enthusiasm of the civil servants,improved the government's administration management of sciences,improved government's honest and effectiveness.As new real estate products,performance assessment in China has a good marketing.So the corresponding management system is appeared,the system in this thesis is design for the industry of bank.This thesis mainly relate with performance assessment,JavaEE development platform,Struts Web framework,CSS,JavaScript,Hibernate,Spring JavaEE Web applications and other related technologies.This system is implemented with process of theory and practice of the method,during the development;all the problems are fixing with design and implementation of key technologies as the first model,and then applied to the concrete implementation.This thesis analyzes the performance assessment system currently status in China,and illustrates performance assessment system's marketing,then introduce development platform and the development of technologies,and based on this system requirement analysis,system design and functional analysis and design module,design a Java Web technology solutions for the system of performance assessment system.This thesis focuses on server-side database design and performance assessment system design and implementation of functional modules.In this thesis,under the guidance of the previous theoretical knowledge,according to the logic of doing the design and detailed design,develop the system use Java language with eclipse development environment.After testing,the system reaches the design requirements.Finally,this thesis on performance assessment system is summarized,and proposes some recommendations for these systems for the further work.
