The rapid development of mobile Internet technology and the popularity of smart terminals have accelerated the advent of big data era.Big data technology is providing new opportunities for many industries as well as bringing challenges to traditional industries.Telecom operators,as operators of information pipelines,have unparalleled advantages in data resources.It is a great opportunity for telecom operators to shift from network operation to data operation by using big data technology to build a telecom user portrait system and tap user needs and preferences to achieve accurate and personalized marketing services.This thesis first describes the telecom operators data resources,the application of big data and the future goal of building a big data platform.Then this thesis introduces the big data technology used in the construction of big data platform in detail.Finally it introduces the application and development of user portrait and illustrate the significance of user portrait for operators to carry out accurate marketing.The thesis focuses on the design and construction of telecom user portrait system based on big data technology.According to the data resources and the needs of telecom,the thesis design each dimension of telecom user portraits and divide the system into four modules,including data acquisition,storage,analysis and visualization module from the perspective of system function.Based on the completion of Internet text data capture and user data aggregation,the system can extract and process the multidimensional data of telecom users to form user portraits and achieve the related functions of precision marketing and personalized service.Finally,the e-commerce website data and data of China Telecom are analyzed by the telecom user portrait system implemented in this thesis.The application value of the system in precision marketing and personalized service is analyzed from the aspects of user portrait,group segmentation,user advertisement marketing,user package marketing and so on.The system can provide effective guidance and suggestions for actual telecom accurate marketing work.
