With the development of society, people like to travel to ease social pressure. At the same time, the convenience of the Internet makes it possible for people to use mobile applications to solve practical problems.However, in the current mobile application market, the number of mobile applications to provide online help platform for tourists is less. In this context, this paper presents the design and implementation of a seasonal and regional tourism online help platform, so that visitors can communicate with each other and help each other.Firstly, by learning the rule found by the survey that nearby visitors are more likely to know the help-seeking answers, the application will try it's best to send the help message to the nearest user. That is how the application improves the speed of the user to solve the problem and improve the users' experience. Secondly, aiming at the specific service function of this application, this paper designs and implements a set of network request frame and data storage mechanism according to the application scenario. Finally, through the creation of test cases on the application of the various functional Models for detailed functional testing. Installation After completing this application, test each Model of the application with normal click and slide operations and abnormal,irregular operation. Test results show that the interface layout and function of each Model can be scheduled and used normally. Test the stability of application performance by using the application under different network conditions and with different versions of the Android system. Test results show that the application can be started and run normally in the normal network and Andrews 4.0 and above. This fully demonstrates the practical availability of this application.Through the calculation of aging and real-time positioning technology, combining the real-time and regional characteristics of questions, this paper designs and implements one online help platform for tourists. This platform can help to solve the problem of real-time help for tourists.
