In recent years, mobile communications and the internet become the world’smost fastest growing and have the largest and potential market. These two havethe most attractive business prospects,and comb ine into one gradually. Wirelesstechnology is still in rapid development,and in future air interface bandwidthwill continue to increase, handheld terminal functions are increasing while thebandwidth of the air interface will also continue to improve and enhance, avariety of mobile application development has opened to a vast space.The same time, with the GDP’s improvement and socia l-cultural levelenhancement, touris m economic runs well generally. The tourism industrygrowth becomes suffic ient, in order to get good sightseeing tours, leisure toursgradually take a method of self-help tour. Touris m gradual shift from teamtravelling to the self-help trips or diversified touris m ways of comb ininggradually tendencies. Compared the foreign tourism industry with domestictouris m industry, there is a huge market, especia lly in the towns and rural market.In such a background environment and by means of3G and the convenientcarrier, this self-touris m system application will come into being.This paper analyzes the Android platform architecture, design and develop edunder the MVC (Model/View/Control) model. Location-based servicestechnology also is integrated. This mobile application provides users a goodinformation to choose. Walks software can not simply program the system usingthe traditiona l touris m, and to combine their hobbies and preferences of tourists,in particular, to achieve the touris m system query and planning, automatic datafiltering capabilities.To achieve the above objective, this paper describes with five modules toachieve the system requirments, which has three characteristics combinedmodule: Firstly,view spots management module, via WebService interface tocommunicate data from the server,which solves the problem of limited storage ofthe mobile; Secondly, to achieve how to get to the attractions surrounding food,housing associations. The user through the effective distance and priceinformation for decision-making; Thirdly, route planning, by calling the algorithm to achieve a time-line attractions priority or preference setting for thepilot will be the system another feature. On the server side, the massivemulti-data source by calling the automatic filtering a lgorithm to achieveautomatic data processing functions, saving the data processing speed andquality.This article is designed and imp lemented from the require ments analys is totesting process. The system basically reached the original purpose,functiona lityand non-functional requirements. Then the user of this application can beachieved through self-service travel.
