The Design And Implementation Of Self-service Tourism System Of Application On The Mobile Platform Based On Android

With the advent of the era of 4G and the rapid development of mobile communication, it becomes possible to install much more applications with rich content into the mobile phone. Now phone can meet almost all the needs of communication and entertainment. It becomes an indispensable part in modern people’s life. Since Google launched the open Android platform in 2007, it has been half the total in the platforms of intelligent mobile phone because of its openness and portability. Many software which were based on the system of Android have an explosive development. Making use of this system to convent people’s daily life has also become a direction of its development. In addition tourism becomes a new spirit and recreational enjoyment industry. The need of the tourists to obtain the information of travel and tourism is becomes urgent. So the development of travel service system on the platform of Android will been more widely used.By analyzing the architecture of Android and the application of the system, we study the development of the self-help travel service system on the platform of Android, which is a mobile phone terminal application software which can help tourists to reduce and solve the problems that may be encountered in the outdoor travel. It can be installed to the Android mobile terminal, in the form of graphics and text to provide users with the services of map and communication. In this paper, the self-help tourism system mainly includes two parts, the first part is the function of the general self-help travel software, such as: scenic spots, weather query, photo upload, real-time communication; the second part is the innovation that based on the existing communication software and people’s new requirements, including emergency rescue and public bicycle service point of view. In addition, the system involve the use of database and file storage methods to achieve some of the data cache, and it also use encryption technology and compression technology in the processing of data to enhance the system’s security and improve access speed.Through users’ testing, we can get that the self-help tourism system has a certain practicality and it can meet basic needs of majority tourists. Although the service of public bicycle isn’t perfect, it has get the users’ recognition. I believe that with continuous improvement, this system will be able to provide more and more convenient services to users in the future.
