With the rapid development of computer science,virtual instrument technology based on Lab VIEW has been widely used in data acquisition,automatic testing,instruments and meters' field.Lab VIEW is a unique graphical programming tool with powerful and flexible function,making the development,maintenance,and expansibility of virtual instrument more convenient and efficient.Inertial sensing technology is one of the key technologies for object posture reconstruction and track navigation.It has been widely used in industrial control,medical equipment,and navigation field since 1960s.Combined with the MEMS technology,inertial sensors become more digital,intelligent,and portable.With large amount of output real-time high-accuracy data,inertial sensors always put forward a strict demand on matching instruments.The diversified control mode,application field,test precision and error level in different inertial sensors make the implementation of virtual instrument based on Lab VIEW more favorable.Inertial sensing system based on Lab VIEW is designed,using the inertial sensor hardware to capture 3D posture of a real object,and the LabVIEW software to realize data acquisition,communication,as well as 3D posture presentation.System principle prototype is designed and fabricated,showing strong sensing ability of perception,high accuracy of posture capture in laboratory tests,which will benefit the 3D dynamic simulation of virtual reality.On the other hand,a magnetic levitation inertial sensor test software is designed,which can be used in PID closed loop test of magnetic levitation inertial sensor systems.The main work and innovation points of this paper include the following aspects:1.The hardware part of the inertial sensor system is designed,combining control characteristics of single chip microcomputer and sensing characteristics of inertial sensors.Alignment error of inertial sensor is studied,based on that,alignment error of the inertial sensor system is calculated and analyzed.2.The software part of the inertial sensor system is developed based on Lab VIEW,realizing data communication and verification between the hardware part and the host computer.Posture reduction and real-time simulation function are achieved.VISA program,data frame calibration program,data extraction program and filtering program are also developed.3.Virtual reality human-computer interaction method is designed.By reducing the 3D posture of the real object,Simulation of 3D motion of dynamic object in virtual environment is realized in Lab VIEW.The advantages of the system in practical application is analyzed.4.The PID control algorithm of magnetic levitation inertial sensor is studied.Based on that,the host measurement program is developed.The PID closed-loop test of the maglev inertial sensor module is successfully implemented in the library environment.
