| Electric power communication network, the second entity network of power system, plays a crucial role in the power network security management. It is also the basis of smart grid. In order to guarantee the remote control, relay protection, automatic deployment, AC/DC control, emergency processing and other business, there should be a modern electric power communication network. Therefore, developing and maintaining a stable modern electric power communication network simulation platform is of great significance.This paper focuses on the operation and maintenance management in electric power communication network. Maintenance project management includes the generation of accident disposal and the evaluation of maintenance and installation plan. In order that users can operate the system more intuitive, system platform also includes simulation function. System platform is based on J2EE, with the Flex front-end technology, using B/S architecture. When it comes to algorithm, because accident disposal involve services route, this paper proposes an improved ant colony algorithm to make the services route more reasonable. Since the algorithm is based on the characteristics of the business of electric power communication network, the service path length and load balancing are united. In this algorithm, the interferon is applied to extend the ACO framework, by which we not only achieve the load-balancing of services, but also take the need that services paths should be as short as possible into account. We also optimize the parameters in ACO to make them more suitable by Particle Swarm Optimization. In the evaluation of maintenance and installation plan, this paper put forward an evaluation method combining principal component analysis algorithm and decision tree algorithm. Firstly, the evaluation index system is given. Then, through the operation data of electric power communication network, analyses the index system by principal component analysis algorithm to extract the key index. At last, use the key indexes and decision tree algorithm to evaluate maintenance and installation plan.In this paper, the research background and related technologies of electric power communication network simulation platform is introduced. According to the basic process of software development, this paper makes user requirement analysis, system general design, detail design and realization to the services topology simulation module, accident disposal generation module and maintenance and installation plan evaluation module. Finally, techniques and algorithms used in this system are summarized and the outlook is given. |
