In 2008, countries around the world have suffered from the financial crisis.So some developed countries have begun to refocus on the development of manufacturing. Among these countries, Germany first proposed the concept of“Industry 4.0”which was known as the fourth industrial revolution. In order to pushing forward the development of the manufacturing sector and promoting China's manufacturing power gradually, China had proposed a development goal of “Made in China 2025” at the same time.Designing and using large scale equipment play a important role in promoting the development of China's manufacturing industry. With the development of technology, the equipment functions has been becoming powerful, but the structure also became complicated which meant becoming difficult to repair. The research of MRO can provide guarantee for the use,maintenance and operation of equipment. MRO is general designation of maintenance activities of the large scale equipment which include detection,maintenance, repair and running security. In the MRO services, maintenance plan is most important part of it. Reasonable maintenance program can not only save capital investment in equipment maintenance process and maintenance time, but also protect the company's production,which can bring great benefits to the enterprise. In this paper, we carried out related research of the maintenance plan optimization issues.Firstly, the current research of maintenance plan of MRO system at home and abroad has been studied and pointed out the significance and difficulty of this research. Secondly, the related contents of maintenance plan were studied and proposed this view that the nature of optimization of maintenance plan was reasonable allocation of maintenance resource. According to the research of logical structure of MRO supporting system, maintenance requirements model was designed with the maintenance cost optimized and restrictions. Using a genetic algorithm as optimization algorithm, a simple optimization platform ofmaintenance plan was established. Using this platform, we achieved the optimal maintenance plan and reasonably executable maintenance plan. Thirdly, the MRO supporting system was designed and achieved the related functional modules on the Odoo platform. Finally, using MRO service of concrete pump truck as example, we achieved functional module of maintenance personnel,spare parts for maintenance and maintenance plan etc. Then we used the MRO supporting system to test that result and got better test results.
