Emergency trunking dispatching business application system of wireless communication platform,the integration of voice,video,pictures,data and other business,at the same time,the effective integration of GIS,GPS system,the collected information feedback to the public security organs to conduct research and deployment.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to develop a new generation of emergency management system based on LTE 4G.In addition,digital trunking also supports interoperability between systems,unified command,coordination between the various departments to facilitate.So,has important theoretical and practical significance to the development of a new generation of government emergency command scheduling service application system based on LTE 4G.Based on this,this paper designed and developed a new generation of government emergency command scheduling service application system based on LTE 4G.At first,this paper introduces the background and significance of the subject and the research status at home and abroad.The new generation public security organ mobile digital multimedia integrated service management platform based on 4G-LTE,the main technology and development environment of system development are introduced in this paper,then the basic technology and the overall design goal of the business management platform are analyzed in detail.On this basis,according to the design objectives of the NMS network management system and multimedia command and control system analysis of business requirements.Finally,it designs the module composition,deployment and software architecture of the business management platform,the design and implementation of NMS network management system and multimedia command and dispatching system are described in the form of program use cases.In summary,this article in the foundation to solve the questions on demand analysis,it makes full use of platform technology to improve the public security organs emergency communication technology support,that is effective for the public security system in the emergency response in the scientific and reasonable dispatch of the police resources,play to their cooperative combat capability and provide technical support to improve the efficiency of the disposal of police.
