In recent years, with the rising level of economic, expanding the scale of cities, increasing in population, dependence on transport travel more and more seriously. But the problem of traffic congestion which caused by passenger traffic crowd and the relative lack of transport capacity is still severe. The construction of rapid bus, light rail, subway will relieve the pressure on urban traffic. Cluster communication dispatching management system in rail transit is an important part of construction of the light rail.According to the operating requirements of a city rail company, to design and implement a set of cluster communication dispatching management system on rail transit in this paper. This system greatly facilitates the operation of the city’s light rail, and improves its efficiency. Dispatch management system consists dispatcher module, recording module, channel machine performance monitoring module, status monitoring module, and client module. Dispatcher module is the core of the whole system which is divided into three dispatch whose name is traffic dispatch, dispatch warehouse, and maintenance dispatch, respectively, its main achievement of a call between dispatcher through the primary and secondary channel and group, train, station, hand-sets, play train broadcast, dynamic restructuring of trains and other functions; recording module connected base station channel, It get the whole network voice content via UDP protocol, using multi-threading technology to deal with the data, and finally the data is saved as a file, to facilitate future inquiry. Channel machine performance monitoring module is timed to check all the channel performance information of all base stations, generating the alarms of channel machine performance abnormality. Condition monitoring software is to monitor the hand sets, train sets and trains which belong the whole digital trunking communication system. And it can provide real-time status information of the mobile communication device in the cluster system. Client software is mainly to provide warning information, query and set configuration information. The development platform is VS2012, development language is C#, using the SQL Server 2008 database to save data.This paper implemented the cluster communication dispatching management system in rail transit has been running for more than six months in a city light rail companies. Each module is stable and reliable. The dispatch call is completed to response within 1 second through testing. At the end of the call, recording software can save the contents of the call within 1 second. The system can meet the rail company’s business needs. It is suitable for the unified scheduling management of light rail transit operators.
