With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology,a substantial amount of the enterprises shift their strategic emphasis to the mobile Internet platform,whether it is a traditional business enterprise or an Internet technology company.A growing number of mobile applications,which based on the mobile terminator device,have penetrated into all aspects of our daily life.Under the impact of mobility,the traditional customer relationship management(CRM)system has its shortcomings in information immediate processing.The Mobile CRM can not only provide convenient service,but also effectively compensate for the mobility and flexibility of the traditional CRM systems,which has a broad market and optimistic outlook.In this case,this paper has designed and implemented a set of CRM system client applications,which is operated on the iOS mobile platform,based on the design and development of current mobile Internet applications and the development technology of the iOS platform client,for the requirements of the CRM system mobility.The main work of this paper is as follow:Firstly,this paper has analyzed the main technology problems of the mobile applications for CRM service from a technical point of view and introduced the basic framework,the development technology,the development environment and the development tool of the iOS platform.Secondly,this paper has analyzed the requirement of the mobile CRM client from the functional prospects,concluded that the common requirements of the mobile CRM client and designed the public frame for the mobile client performance requirement.Meanwhile,it has also analyzed and designed integral structure of the CRM system and the web server architecture based on the MVC model,which is in line with the principles of REST.Last but not the least,this paper has completed the shift from the web browser to the mobile terminal based on the existing SaaS of my laboratory,which has achieved the dynamic form,real-time reporting,and agency business modules reminders.Meanwhile,it has also verified practicality of the basic public framework.In addition,it has tested the performance and functionality of the mobile CRM client application,verified that the application should be guaranteed when it meets the office user's requirements,which forms an applied mobile CRM system to be put into practice.
