Design And Implementation Of Telecom Service Construction Information Management System

The telecom industry has been one of the fastest growing industries in the new century. In the rapid development process of the telecom industry, the continuous expansion of communication services and the rapid growth in the number of telecom subscribers, which results in a higher quality requirements on the large-scale communications business network construction. Obviously, telecom engineering construction units of telecom operators have to improve the construction quality and the management efficiency of telecom resource information. And the most important means of improving the efficiency of information management is the electronic management of information. Specifically, to realize the electronic management of information of the residents' telecom equipments and the opening status of the telecom service, the unit of the telecom service construction need to build a telecom service construction information management system.The research topic of this dissertation is a telecom service construction information management system aimed to further improve the management of construction schedule information and telecom equipment information. And the core function of this system is to realize the electronic management of information of residential telecom resource and construction schedule. This dissertation introduces the process of the design and realization of the system by using the guidance thought of software engineering. Firstly, the dissertation introduces the research significance and background of the project and the current development status of the construction information management system , so as to demonstrate the necessity and feasibility of constructing this kind of system. Secondly, the dissertation analyzes the functional and nonfunctional requirements of the system in detail based on the actual situation of the telecom construction information management system.Thirdly, the dissertation strictly follows to the software engineering process and adopts the concept of the object-oriented in the design and implementation of the system, so as to realize a safer and more stable system of the telecom service construction information management.
