The finished product storage is an important part of the enterprise production process,which ensures the efficient identification and safe storage of the finished product,function as a finished product storage organization of the welded pipe production enterprise.As a subsystem of the MES project,Warehouse Management System plays a vital role on the completely transparent of production process.Enterprise management department to grasp the inventory information in a timely manner,is conducive to better guide the procurement and stock,effectively reduce stock cost sand manufacture funds.This paper introduces the development and application of management system,the function and significance of the finished product library management system,and puts forward the guiding opinions and suggestions for the successful implementation of the management system.After analyzing the product management business process and customer requirements of the factory,the use case model of the module is established based on the UML modeling method,and the sequence diagram is drawn according to the handle order.According to the model,the database,interface design,and ultimately complete the system programming and debugging is completed.Thesis of welded tube factory finished products warehouse storage rack selection problem is concerned by establishing steel storage rack selection decision model.To get the best data frame,we take the use of welded pipe factory practical algorithm for solving,make the steel tube storage and moving down frame more convenient.In this paper,the inventory control of the welded pipe unit is studied.Based on the traditional and modern logistics inventory cost management,the optimal design of the end product inventory in the welded pipe mill is analyzed.From the point of view of operations research,the application of economic lot sizing method is improved based on the model of inventory cost.Combine with inventory time optimization model,an optimal ordering quantity elastic range is formed under the condition of funding constraints,warehouse volume inter restriction,which improves the utilization rate and the overall production efficiency of stock resources,give users more better services for choose,mean while,ensuring the dynamic balance of production and consumption as the premise.
